A Citizen Report Card commissioned by the World Bank in Accra, Ghana is showing its value. The purpose of the Citizen Report Card is to understand what the service needs of people are so that a social compact can be drawn up between service providers and citizens. The results of the Citizen Report Card have been used to target needed interventions in suburbs of Ghana's capital city.
