AfricaScope has been commissioned by OneSys to do an analysis of their branch locations, target market and sites for new branches. AfricaScope uses a suite of innovative methods including geocoding their branches and customers and analysis of customer data to define the unique trade areas of their branches. Using proprietary data available to AfricaScope and its partners, it is able to identify other unique markets for companies. Using accessibility modelling optimum sites for new branches taking into consideration the location of the target arket, existing branches and competitors and travel times, new optimum sites for branches can be identified.
